Billie Jean Jackson (no, we are not kidding) is suing the ailing Michael Jackson for $1 billion and joint custody of "Blanket".
The woman, claims to be married to Michael and is the birth mother of Prince Michael II, affectionately-known as Blanket
She now wants joint physical custody of the six-year-old and regular weekend visits. Plus, an active role in Blanket's education.
Billie Jean said she filed the suit at LA Superior Court "because she is always arrested at the home of her husband, Michael J Jackson".
Jackson has never identified Prince Michael's mother but said he was born to a surrogate using artificial insemination.
It is not the first time he has faced maternity claims.
