The Obama's $9 mil Beach-front Vacation House is No Motel 6

President-elect Barack Obama and his family are enjoying their last vacation before his taking the office as president, but where they're vacationing this Christmas in Hawaii is something else.

The home, which sits on an acre of land on Kailua Beach, rents for more than $3,500 per day (yes, that's US dollars) has five bedrooms, five-and-half-bathrooms, is owned financier Kevin Comcowich. He paid $9 million earlier this year.

The secluded home also has not one, not two, but three waterfalls, and a weight room.

So, if the Obamas are to spend 12 days in Hawaii, that adds up to about $42,000 on accomodations alone.

We know the Obamas are wealthy and can afford that without hurting the bank -- but, dammmmnnnnn....
