When a San Jose police officer found out a 15-year-old boy was having consensual sex with his 14-year-old stepdaughter, he swooped down on the boy's home on August 30 and put him in handcuffs. Well, he gave him a stern talking to and pretended to arrest the boy. The boy's parents, who recorded the "arrest", say they didn't give the officer permission to scare their son, and the officer was angry and abusing his authority. Prosecutors are reviewing the case to see if the officer, who has been placed on administrative leave, will face criminal charges. After the staged arrest, the boy -- but not the girl -- was arrested for unlawful sexual intercourse. (Consensual sex between two minors of a similar age is a misdemeanor in California.)
