A Dallas pizza shop manager forced a suspected thief to undress, then beat him with a pipe Wednesday night. The unnamed manager told police that Hermilo Aguilar, 61, tried to use someone else's card to pay his $17.80 tab. When Hermilo attempted to leave, the manager forced him to the back of the resatuarant, where Hermilo was forced to get naked then beaten with a metal pipe. The manager told police he beat Hermilo with the pipe because "he was sick and tired of this type of thing happening at his business." Hermilo was arrested.
