Parents Who Often Bragged About Beating Their Kids Are Jailed + Halloween Hatred

Family and neighbors are shocked (shocked, we tell ya!) to learn that a Hampton, Ga. couple they describe as "deeply religious" and "weird" was beating their five kids' asses with extension cords and even locked their oldest child -- a 14-year-girl -- in the closet with no food and water. Police have swooped down on the family home and arrested Anthony and Tammy Irvin. They're charged with five counts of contributing to the deprivation of a minor, 10 counts of cruelty to children, four counts of battery and two counts of false imprisonment.

I just can't. Can. Not! Obviously, these men didn't get this memo.
