Justin Ohle and his mother Paula are suing Walmart after a disagreement over a television which landed them in jail. It's all so ridiculous. According to the lawsuit, the Ohles went a WalMart in Orlando, Florida in Nov. 2009 and bought a television, but when they got it home, they say it wasn't the same one advertised on the box. They went back to the store to complain, but claimed employees "verbally assaulted" them. Paula claim store employees pushed her down and Justin claim he was restrained for 15 minutes. Walmart says the Ohles assaulted employees and were hurling racial slurs. The duo was arrested. Even though the store refunded them the cost of the TV, mother and son are suing for pain and suffering and wants Walmart to pay them at least $15,000. Yeah, good luck with that.

Speaking of people with a warp sense of reality and absolutely nothing better to do, black activists and ministers in Houston, Texas, are calling on Nike to lower the price of its Air Jordan sneakers and produce more units so idiots don't act like donkeys -- like they did last week in cities across the country. Are these clowns for real? Is that uproarious laughter we hear from executives at Nike?

When Ignatius Griffin walked out of his front door in Gilbert, Arizona on Christmas Eve, he found a wooden cross and a graphic and racially offensive note tied around it that the culprit was trying to throw through his window. You see, Ignatius is married to a white woman and he believes someone in the neighborhood has a problem with that. Or, it could be the work of someone whose satellite dish wasn't working.
