WATCH: School Bans Boy From Wearing Women's Shoes; Lady Threw 5-year-old Daughter in the Trash 5 Years Ago, No One Noticed She's Missing

Tyreese Maye, a 17-year-old student at Niagara Falls High School in New York, says administrators threatened him with suspension if he didn't take off the pair of bright red pair of heels he was wearing Wednesday. The school the heels a "safety hazard" and a "distraction." Tyreese says he's being discriminated against (since girls are allowed to wear heels) and held a protest outside of the school on Thursday. He plans to present a petition at the next school board meeting. Sidebar: How You Doin!

Speaking of shoes...Sneakerheads are crazy! Hundreds of people lined up across the country for the midnight re-release of the Nike Air Jordan 11 Concords which costs $180 a pop and there was the predictably mayhem.

Devinchio Rogers is quite the prolific tweeter. Well, sitting in jail in Atlanta awaiting trial for murder, there really isn't much to do, right?

Someone mailed a hate-filled, threatening letter to the Blazing Saddle, a gay bar in Des Moines, Iowa. But the bar owners find the whole thing comical and have not alerted police -- but have hung the letter on the wall for everyone to see.

Five years after India Parker's 5-year-old daughter, Kaliyah, went missing, the Cleveland woman was arrested and charged with abuse of a corpse. India has been telling people her daughter was killed when a bookcase fell on top of her, but when police checked with the morgue, there was no death certificate for her daughter and she later admitted she threw the child's body in the trash. So many people failed little Kaliyah; We need Nancy Grace on the case.

For the past five years, Ada Medina has been mucking up her apartment building's neighbors' front doors (without their permission!) and hallways with holiday decorations. We know it's Christmas, but....can she stick to a general color scheme or theme?

George Michael is home for the holidays. The 48-year-old singer says he was hospitalized in Vienna, Austria receiving treated for "pneumonia." Get well, soon.

Also home for the holidays are inmates at East Baton Rouge Prison. Well, sort of. Their children got the opportunity to visit their parents behind bars.
